The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the results of the WAEC will now be made public 45 days after the conclusion of the final examination paper. In the beginning, it took sixty to ninety days before the results were made public.
The beginning of the 2022 WASSCE was on August 1, 2022, and it lasted until September 27, 2022. Using this information, we can estimate that the WASSCE results will be released sometime near the end of November. Unless they make the decision to exclude Saturdays and Sundays from the count of 45 days before the release date, the date will be pushed back a little bit.
